we would like to inform you that your personal data, which are required in order to contact you if you place a request using the contact form available on our website https://ww.cbccoop.it, will be processed as described below, so that we may have your informed consent to their use, in compliance with European Union Regulation 2016/679 on General Personal Data Regulation (herein “GDPR”)

The Data Holder is C.B.C. Conservazione Beni Culturali Soc. Coop. (herin “CBC”) in the person of the legal representative pro tempore who may be contacted by any interested party to exercise their rights directly at the e-mail address cbc@cbccoop.it.

Type of data collected – we will collect:

  • Your e-mail address

Purpose and legal basis for data handling – The data are acquired by the Holder CBC and are freely provided by you.
The personal data collected by this form will be processed principally by computerised systems and electronically in order to fulfil your request as stated in the form.
The provision of the data requested by the form is necessary to fulfil the services requested, and if this data is not provided, the Data Holder will not be able to complete the service. On the other hand, it is optional to provide data in the fields without an asterisk; though this data is useful for facilitating the service, not providing it will not create negative consequences for the procedure of communication.
The legal basis for this processing of data is treated under consent (Article 6, paragraph 1 (a)) in EU Regulation 2016/679; such consent can be revoked at any moment by the User without compromising the legality of the processing carried out using the consensus obtained prior to the revocation.

Who will be processing your data – Under the authority of the legal representative of the Data Holder, CBC, employees and contract workers of the company may be authorised to process your data.
Apart from these staff, your data will not be communicated to third parties or made public unless in cases specifically provided for under the law of the Italian state or the European Union.
Your personal data will not be disseminated nor subject to any entirely automated decision process, including profiling.

Retention period of personal data – In accordance with the principals of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation specified in Article 5 of the GDPR, your data will be held for the period necessary to carry out the purposes for which it was collected and processed. Therefore, the data will be held only for the time necessary to satisfy the requests made and will then be cancelled or anonymised.

Your rights as Data Subject – As the interested party, you may exercise your rights pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, which govern your rights to access your data, to have them rectified or cancelled and to limit their processing. You have also the right to ask for the portability of your data and to refuse automated decision-making involving your data.
These requests may be made to the Data Holder.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervising authority on the basis of the procedure laid down.
